French-Israeli entrepreneur. His perspective was shaped over twenty years of hands-on commerce, commercial real estate, and brand development — first in France, now in Israel.
Before founding IGV, Mickael Benmoshé spent over twenty years working directly with commerce, locations, and the real-world mechanics of implantation. He worked in commercial real estate with Procomm, through the BDI agency on rue Montmartre and then Immobilière Sainte-Catherine in the Marais — two addresses at the heart of footfall dynamics, commercial leases, and location value. Within a network of 30 agencies and 250 agents, he was recognised three times as the network's top agent.
Alongside this, he founded Shop Leader in Paris, a structure dedicated to placing and promoting high-end fashion and jewellery brands. He helped introduce the Japanese brand Evam Eva to the French market, worked on projects involving brands such as Levi's and Skechers, coordinated the opening of Guess' first Paris showroom on boulevard Sébastopol, and contributed to the opening of a McDonald's in Paris' 19th arrondissement. This is not a theoretical background — it is a reading of commerce built on the ground.
His aliyah was not a break. It was a continuation: taking everything he had learned about commerce, real estate, and brands, and applying it to a new terrain. When he arrived in Israel, he observed a simple reality: many European companies look at Israel as an opportunity, but few actually know how to enter it correctly. That observation gave birth to Israel Growth Venture.
Through IGV, he accompanies foreign brands and companies in their strategic thinking, their reading of the Israeli market, the search for suitable locations, and the structuring of their development. His value lies in a rare ability: connecting commercial vision, operational feasibility, and implantation logic. He does not sell access to Israel. He helps make the right decisions before entering it.
