Question 1

Is Israel suitable for every project?

Accepted Answer

No. That's the honest answer. Israel is a real, dynamic and promising market for certain concepts — but it is also compact, demanding and culturally specific. Some sectors work very well (premium food, accessible fashion, services, tech). Others struggle without deep adaptation. Before deciding, you need to read the market, not just want to be there. That's exactly what IGV does: assess whether your concept has a place, in what form and where.

Question 2

Do we have to start with a franchise?

Accepted Answer

No, franchising is one format among several. Depending on your concept, budget and goals, other formats may be more suitable: a branch you operate directly, a corner in an existing space, a test flagship, or a partnership with a local operator. The right format depends on the terrain, not on a default preference. IGV analyses which format fits your situation before recommending anything.

Question 3

What is the mini-analysis for?

Accepted Answer

The free mini-analysis is a first filter. It doesn't replace a full strategic analysis, but it gives an initial indication of your concept's positioning, positive signals, and points of caution for the Israeli market. It is automatic, immediate, and requires no commitment. If the results show real potential, the next step is the strategic implantation analysis with IGV.

Question 4

How long does an IGV mission take?

Accepted Answer

The strategic analysis generally takes 3 to 6 weeks depending on project complexity. The expansion contract spans several months.

Question 5

In which languages does IGV work?

Accepted Answer

IGV works primarily in French and Hebrew, with capability in English. Reports are produced in French or English depending on client preference. Exchanges with local landlords and owners are conducted in Hebrew.

Question 6

Does IGV replace a local lawyer or accountant?

Accepted Answer

No. IGV is a commercial development and implantation consultancy. For final legal validations (contracts, legal structures, tax obligations), a local Israeli lawyer and accountant remain essential. IGV can refer you to trusted partners depending on your project.

Question 7

I'm making aliyah. Can IGV help me open a business?

Accepted Answer

Yes. That's the Alyah Pro offer: complete support to start your own business or join an Israeli franchise, from diagnosis to opening. Price of the full support package, paid before the mission begins. Discover the Alyah Pro offer.

Question 8

Are my exchanges with IGV confidential?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All information shared with IGV is treated with strict confidentiality. IGV does not share any information with third parties without the client's explicit agreement. Consult our Terms and Conditions for details.

Question 9
