All services are advisory in nature.
IGV does not guarantee commercial success.
4. Obligation of Means
IGV is bound by an obligation of means, not an obligation of result.
IGV shall not be held responsible for, including but not limited to:
- Market conditions
- Regulatory changes
- Economic downturn
- Decisions made by investors, partners, or authorities
- Real estate negotiations
- Denial of permits, approvals, or administrative authorizations
- Acts or omissions of third-party partners
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IGV's total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service concerned.
IGV shall not be liable for:
- Indirect damages
- Loss of profits
- Loss of opportunity
- Reputational harm
- Commercial failure
- Business interruption
This limitation applies regardless of the legal basis asserted (contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise).
6. Client Responsibility
The client represents and warrants that:
- All information provided to IGV is accurate, complete, and up to date
- The client has the legal authority and necessary permissions to enter into agreements
- The project complies with applicable laws
IGV shall not be liable for consequences arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the client.
7. Third-Party Disclaimer
IGV may introduce clients to third-party partners (lawyers, brokers, consultants, landlords, investors, service providers).
Where applicable, IGV acts solely as an intermediary.
IGV shall not be liable for:
- Acts, omissions, misconduct, or failures of third parties
- Contractual disputes between the client and a third party
- Financial loss arising from agreements concluded between the client and a third party
All third-party agreements remain independent of IGV.
8. Pricing and Payment
Prices may vary depending on the client's geographical location, the nature of the project, and the scope of the mission.
Payment methods may include:
- Bank transfer
- Credit card
- Online payment provider
- Any other method mutually agreed
Services commence only after payment confirmation.
Late payments may incur statutory interest under Israeli law.
9. Cancellation and Refund Policy
In accordance with Israeli Consumer Protection Law (1981):
- Private clients may cancel within 14 days of the agreement, unless the service has already begun.
- No refund shall be granted for services already initiated or delivered.
- For B2B transactions, cancellation and refund terms are determined contractually on a case-by-case basis.
- Where payment triggers immediate activation of an analysis or service, no refund applies after activation.
10. Data Protection
IGV complies with:
